Wooden Pallet Collars With Hinged Corners.
Wooden Pallet Collars With Hinged Corners, Our pallet collars come in sizes to suit most standard UK & European pallets, as well as specially made sizes.
By using these adjustable pallet collars and lids, you can transform a standard pallet (not included) into your own pallet case. These folding components save space, are easy to re-use and quick to adapt to the height of your product by stacking pallet collars on top of each other. Use the lids to build layers of products on top of one another or to secure contents before strapping.
These wooden pallet collars and lids are ideal for heavy products as they are manufactured from 21 mm thick Scandinavian deal and have galvanised steel hinges with 30 mm projecting tongues. Once built, these pallet collars and lids are robust enough to be exported to all destinations.

Wooden Export Pallet Crates. Close boarded timber crates – these are made entirely of solid heat-treated ISPM15 timber and are the most robust option for heavyweight export items.

ISPM15 is the internationally recognised standard for the treatment of solid wood packaging used for exports. It helps prevent the spread of pests and diseases from one country to another , which could have potentially devastating effects on native timber species and their ecosystems. ISPM15 is a ‘passport’ for timber pallets and cases, allowing traceability and confidence that the timber used is free from infestation.
